共享教育国际集团简介 About Oneworld Education：

共享教育（Oneworld Education ）是由哈佛和UCLA等名校教授于2006年领衔创建的国际教育合作与交流机构。由设在新西兰、美国、澳洲、英国、马来西亚和中国香港的9个公司和非营利组织和日本、克罗地亚、希腊、菲律宾、老挝、尼泊尔等办事处组成。主要运营机构是美国共享教育基金会和中国北京路嘉华阳国际咨询公司。

共享教育主要由两大项目组成：国际院校合作计划和环球青少年大使计划。

国际院校合作计划International College Partnership Project ICPP专业从事院校间国际合作长期项目，如合作办学、分校区、教学中心、出境留学、来华留学等；环球青少年大使计划Global Youth Ambassador Project GYAP 主要从事大中小学校间国际交流短期项目，如线上线下会议教研讲座、师生互访、海外实习、国际游学、国际比赛等。

共享教育以“资源共享、公平创新“为使命，倡导和践行教育国际化和信息化，整合全球学校师资和课程资源，不断创新完善线上线下融合教学，在20多个国家1000多个院校开展了合作办学、语言/素质课程、标准化考试、证书课程、留学游学、海外实习等项目，取得了一系列成果。帮助500多对学校建立了友好合作，如南开大学、中国地质大学、北京中医药大学、北师大附中、育新学校、温州中学、成都外国语学校等。GYAP服务师生15万人，留学和合作办学项目输送到包括哈耶牛剑在内的全球Top100名校的学生超过1万人。

2018年获圣地亚哥年度最佳教育机构奖，2012-16年与总台央视合作主办“希望之星“英语风采大赛，参赛人数6千万人。

国际院校合作计划简介ICPP 

在教育信息化、全球化背景下，国际合作与交流已成为促进教学科研进步的重要方法。国家实行教育对外开放政策，鼓励支持国际合作办学。共享教育为因应教育新形势，创新合作模式，创立了“国际院校合作计划”。计划将合作办学和双向留学融为一体，通过院校间合作办学，互派教学管理团队，在双方院校设立常设机构，统一组织实施境外办学、出境留学、来华留学、教师发展和和师生短期交流项目。计划的服务内容包括：

1 协助中外院校缔结合作协议，开展学分学历互认、合作办学和师生交流等项目；

2 协助中方学校招收合作办学项目学生、来华留学生、外国访学师生及其管理工作；

3 协助外方学校招收合作办学项目学生、中国留学生、中国访学师生及其管理工作；

4 协助双方院校开展线上线下的国际会议、日常教研交流和师生交流活动。

共享教育将协助提供整体方案设计、团队组建、招生和教学管理等各种综合服务。

目前“国际院校合作计划”有来自新西兰、新加坡、马来西亚、泰国、日本、韩国、西班牙、希腊、美国、英国、加拿大和中国等50多所大学参加。授课语言包括英语、韩语、日语、西班牙语，合作学位包括专科、本科、硕士和博士，合作形式多种多样。

《国际院校合作计划ICPP项目简介》ICPP Program Profile

1 中外合作办学：

共享教育组成了以世界名校教授为主的合作项目遴选和学分认证团队，与全球100多所高校合作，通过数十种课程标准、学制合作模式帮助各国院校开展合作。同时，国内专家团队为项目立项、报批、听证等各种申办手续提供全程服务。根据院校需要，可以开展整校、学院、系/专业的合作办学，如：3+0、4+0、2+2、3+1等专本合作，1+1、2+0 等硕博合作，3+1+1、 1+1+2 等专本硕博连读合作。

中外院校分别在两校共同设立“以合作院校命名的本校中心和外校中心”执行项目。双方互派教师到中心开展教学，互派学生到中心学习，形成双向留学，互相促进的格局。

2 境外合作办学：

    共享教育通过在各国的办公室，遴选优质教育资源，协调中外院校签订友好合作协议，设立境外办学教学中心，开展语言和专业教学及各种国际交流项目：

在疫情期间，为已注册的来华留学生提供语言和专业课程“集中网课”教学服务；

在平时，在境外院校提供汉语和专业课程“集中网课”教学服务，吸引学生来华留学；

寒暑假期间，为喜爱中文文化的海外学生提供汉语言文化课程教学，吸引其长期留学；

在平时和寒暑假期间，为前来游学的中国学生提供国际课程教学协调工作；

3 国际学分教学中心：

    共享教育通过在英美澳新加欧日韩马泰等各国办公室，遴选优质教育资源，协调中外院校签订友好合作协议，在国内院校设立国际学分教学中心，开展语言和学分教学及各种国际交流项目：   

在疫情或寒暑假期间，

为境外院校已注册的留学生提供语言和专业课的“集中网课”教学组织服务；

为短期来华的海外学生提供汉语言文化课程教学，吸引其长期留学；

利用当地资源，为院校招收来华留学生，为中国教育国际化服务；

与中外院校在国内共建本校教学中心，开展短期语言和学分教学，吸引短期来华留学；

与中外院校在国外共建外校教学中心，开展短期语言和学分教学，吸引海外学生来华；

About Oneworld Education

Oneworld Education is an international educational cooperation and exchange organization founded in 2006, spearheaded by professors from prestigious universities such as Harvard and UCLA. It comprises nine companies and non-profit organizations located in New Zealand, the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, along with representative offices in Japan, Croatia, Greece, the Philippines, Laos, and Nepal. Its primary operating entities are the Oneworld Education Foundation in the United States and Beijing Sunshine International Consulting Co., Ltd. in China.

Oneworld Education primarily consists of two major programs: the International College Partnership Project (ICPP) and the Global Youth Ambassador Project (GYAP).

The International College Partnership Project (ICPP) specializes in long-term international cooperation projects between educational institutions, such as joint programs, branch campuses, teaching centers, outbound study abroad, and inbound study in China. The Global Youth Ambassador Project (GYAP) mainly focuses on short-term international exchange programs between primary, secondary, and tertiary schools, including online and offline conferences, academic seminars, teacher and student visits, overseas internships, international study tours, and international competitions.

Guided by the mission of "Resource Sharing, Fair Innovation," Oneworld Education advocates and practices educational internationalization and digitalization. It integrates global school faculty and curriculum resources and continuously innovates and improves online-offline blended learning. Oneworld Education has established cooperative programs in over 1,000 institutions across more than 20 countries, encompassing joint education programs, language and enrichment courses, standardized tests, certificate programs, study tours, and overseas internships, achieving a series of significant outcomes. It has facilitated friendly partnerships between over 500 pairs of schools, including Nankai University, China University of Geosciences, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, the Affiliated High School of Beijing Normal University, Yuxin School, Wenzhou High School, and Chengdu Foreign Languages School. GYAP has served 150,000 teachers and students, and its study abroad and joint program projects have sent over 10,000 students to top 100 global universities, including Harvard, Yale, Oxford, and Cambridge.

In 2018, AIA received the San Diego Award for Best Educational Institution. From 2012 to 2016, it co-hosted the "Star of Outlook" National Competition with China Central Television (CCTV) with 60 million attendees.

Introduction to the International College Partnership Project (ICPP)

Against the backdrop of educational digitalization and globalization, international cooperation and exchange have become crucial methods for promoting progress in teaching and research. The national policy of opening up education encourages and supports international joint education programs. In response to the new educational landscape and to innovate cooperation models, Oneworld Education established the "International College Partnership Project." This project integrates joint education programs and two-way study abroad, facilitating cooperation between institutions through the establishment of permanent offices on each other's campuses, the mutual dispatch of teaching and management teams, and the unified organization and implementation of overseas programs, outbound study abroad, inbound study in China, faculty development, and short-term teacher and student exchange programs. The services provided by the project include:

1. Assisting Chinese and foreign institutions in establishing cooperation agreements to carry out projects such as mutual recognition of credits and degrees, joint education programs, and teacher-student exchanges.
2. Assisting Chinese schools in recruiting students for joint programs and international students, as well as managing foreign visiting scholars, teachers, and students.
3. Assisting foreign schools in recruiting students for joint programs and Chinese students, as well as managing Chinese visiting scholars, teachers, and students.
4. Assisting both institutions in organizing online and offline international conferences, regular academic exchanges, and student exchange activities.

Oneworld Education will assist in providing comprehensive services such as overall plan design, team building, enrollment, and academic management.

Currently, the "International College Partnership Project" involves over 50 universities from countries including New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Spain, Greece, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and China. The languages of instruction include English, Korean, Japanese, and Spanish, and the cooperative degrees offered range from associate's and bachelor's to master's and doctoral degrees, with diverse forms of cooperation.

ICPP Program Profile

1. Sino-Foreign Joint Education Programs:

Oneworld Education has assembled a team of experts, primarily composed of professors from world-renowned universities, to select cooperative projects and accredit academic credits. It collaborates with over 100 universities globally, utilizing dozens of curriculum standards and academic system cooperation models to assist institutions in various countries in establishing joint programs. Simultaneously, a domestic expert team provides full-process services for project initiation, application submission, and hearings. Depending on the needs of the institutions, joint programs can be established at the school-wide, college, or department/major level, such as 3+0, 4+0, 2+2, and 3+1 programs for bachelor's degrees, 1+1 and 2+0 programs for master's and doctoral degrees, and 3+1+1 and 1+1+2 programs for consecutive bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees.

Chinese and foreign institutions jointly establish "on-campus centers and off-campus centers named after the partner institutions" to implement the projects. Both parties send teachers to the centers for teaching and students to the centers for learning, forming a pattern of two-way study abroad and mutual promotion.

2. Overseas Joint Education Programs:

Through its offices in various countries, Oneworld Education selects high-quality educational resources and coordinates the signing of friendly cooperation agreements between Chinese and foreign institutions to establish overseas teaching centers for language and professional instruction, as well as various international exchange programs:

• Providing "centralized online courses" for language and professional subjects to registered international students in China during the pandemic.
• Offering "centralized online courses" in Chinese language and professional subjects at overseas institutions during normal times to attract students to study in China.
• Providing Chinese language and culture courses to overseas students interested in Chinese culture during winter and summer vacations to attract them for long-term study.
